on all orders PLN 170 and over.

Orders over PLN 170 always ship for FREE — no promotion code needed.
For orders under PLN 170, there is a flat rate delivery charge PLN 15.

Before our products are shipped to you, each item is carefully inspected and packaged in an artistically designed and artistically handcrafted beautiful gift box containing a sophisticated message card and tied with an elegant ribbon.

For all deliveries, we use registered international air mail.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) upon receipt of payment. You will then receive a notification email with details.
All orders will be sent to the shipping address that you provide at checkout.
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, do let us know and we will make the necessary postal arrangements.

Size Guide

Most of our necklaces, wristwear and rings are adjustable, unless stated otherwise. Measurements for all products are stated within the description section of the each item.

Note that the width and height are taken from the widest or tallest part of the product to give you the best indication of its size.

Rings

Measure your finger by wrapping a measuring tape around it.
In the absence of a measuring tape, use a piece of string, mark it
and measure it with a ruler.
Match your measurement to the circumference measurements below
and figure out your ring size from the table.

Jewelry Care

Our jewelry pieces have been lovingly crafted and many of the components are put together by hand.
As a result, there can sometimes be slight differences in the colour, size
and pattern of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm
of handmade products!

Our jewelry is casted of fine 925 sterling silver and plated with 24 karat fine gold.

Gold may go off progressively over time from wear and tear.
You may be able to prevent this by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewelry.

Always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water, and so on.
You can help avoid these things by putting your jewelry on last when getting ready to go out.
It is also best to remove jewelry before:

taking a bath or a shower
doing a workout, exercises or jogging
going to sleep

Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue.
If your jewelry comes into contact with water, it is recommended that you dry it with a soft cloth or tissue, as moisture can damage surfaces
and cause them to rust or become pitted.

Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air.
To prevent this from happening, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as

Leather Care

Some of our wristwear pieces are made of leather.
Leather is a natural material and slight inconsistencies of colour and texture are part of its unique character.
Designed to age with wear, leather may fade and soften beautifully over time.
In order to maintain the appearance of your leather product,
you may want to use a leather protector.
It is best to do a patch test on an inconspicuous area beforehand.
Remember to cover any embellishments such as metal or beading, when applying the protector.
Also, always take extra care when wearing light colored pieces with dark denim
to avoid the dark dye transferring to your jewelry.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item.
All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping.
Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
